(Here was their response back then: "You now have 110.78 credits available on your account (from the 351 unused days of the subscription). When I did, Proton somehow kept about $80 of my money, using some gobbly-de-gook that was impossible to understand.
Imagine the PAID VPN speed slowed to a crawl. The free VPN speed was satisfactory, so I decided to switch to the paid version. Sometime back I used their paid email and I tried the free VPN. VPN is terrible billing appears fraudulent
